How do residents sign up?
There’s no separate sign-up form. A resident just verifies their phone number with an OTP the first time they log in, and an account is created automatically. Your committee or admin then links that phone number to a flat.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, you can move up to a higher plan at any time as your society grows, or talk to us about a custom Enterprise plan for large townships.
What languages does SOMA support?
The resident app is fully available in English, Hindi and Marathi, with more languages on the way.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Access is role-based (residents, committee, security staff, and platform admins all see only what they’re permitted to), and administrative accounts can enable two-factor authentication.
